Symphony of the Southwest

Thanks to everyone who attended the Gala Benefit concert last weekend!  The next Symphony of the Southwest concert will be on Saturday, November 21 at 2:30pm in the Ikeda Theater at Mesa Arts Center.  Join us for “Tubby the Tuba & Friends”, which will feature the Youth Symphony of the Southwest performing Debussy’s “Children’s Corner”, and the Symphony of the Southwest performing George Kleinsinger’s “Tubby the Tuba” and Camille Saint-Saens’s “Carnival of the Animals.”  It will be a fun-filled afternoon for the entire family!  Tickets for this concert are only $17, and can be purchased by calling the Mesa Arts Center box office at (480) 644-6500 or at their online box office.

This Saturday, October 17, the Symphony of the Southwest will be hosting a Gala Benefit Concert featuring recent American Idol finalist Scott MacIntyre!  It starts at 7:30pm in the Ikeda Theater at Mesa Arts Center.  Tickets are $35, $45 and $55, and can be purchased by calling the Mesa Arts Center box office at (480) 644-6500 or at their online box office.

Join us for Scott MacIntyre’s first performance in the Valley since the American Idol tour.  Scott will be available for photos and autographs after the concert, and there will be an auction for signed memorabilia from the 10 American Idol finalists from the 2009 season.  Don’t miss out on this special concert, get your tickets today!
